Hi ya'll~~
Have ya'll ever heard of Australian meringue cake called "Pavlova"?
I was searching for a unique dessert because
I would always go for cake and coffee when it comes to desserts.
Well, the place I would like to share today is
Australian dessert called 'Pavlova'
The place where they sell this unique dessert is called
Tora-B
When you get to the building entrance,
there is a name written on the white brick wall
It says
'Tora-B'
in Korean
and
'Entrance'
in Chinese character
You would need to go up the stairs to get to the actual entrance.
Once you get to the top, there would be a door
and
Walah!
The place seems cozy.
There is a place where you can sit with your shoes off,
or
there is also a table seat where you can wear your shoes
I chose to sit with my shoe off because it felt more comfy!
At Tora-B, there were two types of Pavlovas
They were Fruity Pavlova or Banana Nutella Pavlova
I am more of a Fruity person, so I chose
the Fruity Pavlova
Of course Banana Nutella Pavlova seemed more sweeter,
so if you prefer sweeter taste, I would recommend the Banana Nutella Pavlova!
The dessert is made of meringue
It is very soft and has cushy texture.
When you order, you would have a full plate of
beautiful looking Pavlova decorated with fresh fruits!
I thought the Pavlova itself would be sweet because it IS a dessert.
But it was not as sweet as I expected.
The texture is very soft and had a moderate sweet flavor.
I never got tired of having them till the last bite.
The place was very relaxing and
coffee with Pavlova was a perfect match
The mood was also perfect
for friends or a date to come over and chat
The exterior of Tora-B can be seen from the picture above
It is about 5minutes walk from Hongik University station Exit #8!
FYI,
I have also attached map below.
Feels great to share places where I had precious memories
Hope ya'll have sweet day
Thanks for visiting my blog!
