Hi, ya'll~
How was Christmas?
Since it was Christmas, I wanted to try something new.
Something that I never tried before.
As I was searching through which menu to order in,
I found a Chinese cuisine and I decided to order from there!
The place I would like to share today is called,
Zhang Si Dong
The menu I ordered was called,
Dong-pah-yook deopbap!
Dong-pah-yook is Fried Pork Belly in Soy Sauce in Korean
Deopbap is bowl of rice with toppings.
So in this case,
Dong-pah-yook deopbap would be
a bowl of rice with Fried Pork Belly in Soy Sauce on top!
The picture above is the Fried Pork Belly in Soy Sauce rice
that I ordered.
One scoop of rice with Fried Pork Belly in Soy Sauce and bokchoy
was very delicious!
Oh for me,
I mixed the egg with the rice to make
the rice softer.
Having egg and rice with meat and bokchoy was just
so wonderful!
The picture above is called Fried Hoontoon!
It is some kind of dumplings made of pork, shrimp and squid!
The fried part was crispy and inside of the fried hoontoon was
very soft!
By having foods that I have never had before
made my meal a memorable meal :)
