Today, I would like to share a place that I visited while
I went on a trip to Yangpyeong.
The place is called,
Yong Kalguksoo
Once again, Kalguksoo is a warm noodle soup.
It could be made with vegetables, meat or seafood and so on.
The Kalguksoo we had had clams and mushrooms with a little bit of
vegetables.
I love having mushrooms in Kalguksoo and this place had lots of them in it!
I think the texture of the mushroom with seafood and noodles made it a good
combination!
Of course hot foods are always good to have when they are boiling.
Because there was fire beneath the pot,
we were able to have warm food till the end!
The soup is very clear and has clean aftertaste!
I think the clams inside the soup has made that effect!
(One of many reasons why I like to have a lot of clams in my noodle soup :))
Of course, the porridge has to come next after the noodle soup!
We ordered porridge to be cooked after we finished our Kalguksoo, because it just
feels so right to have rice afterwards :)
Hmm.. It makes the meal much more like a whole!
If you just finish with Kalguksoo, something just feels left out... lol (just in my opinion :))
