I went to visit my friend in Chuncheon.
Today, I would like to share my #1 favorite kalguksoo place!
The place is called,
Chuncheon Myeongdong Kalguksoo
This is the menu.
The price is not too expensive and the place is not too small.
It is just enough for few groups of people to enjoy their meal!
My friend and I ordered 2 orders of Bajirak kalguksoo.
Bajirak is a type of clam.
When you order,
the waiter/waitress will bring out
a pot full of Bajirak clams with kalguksoo noodles!
The clam makes the soup to have a cool after taste.
It also has a little bit of pepper in the soup, so it also has alittle of spicy flovor.
Although we ordered orders for two people,
there were whole potful of
bajirak clams and noodles!
This was my second time visit with my friend and
we have realized how much we missed this place.
Because we did have some leftovers on our first visit.
This time, there were no leftovers...lol :)
The noodles here were so great that even though
I visit Chuncheon to see my friend again,
I believe we will come to this place again.
