The place I would like to share today is called,
Maemil Bang-aht-gan
I visited this place when my friend and I went
to Jeonju.
Everyone knows chicken is good combination with beer,
but we discovered today that chicken also
goes very well with cold buckwheat noodle!
Maemil Bang-aht-gan
is unique for making their batter for fried chicken with buckwheat!
The chicken is made right away as you order,
so it was very hot and crispy!
Once you take a bite, your mouth will be burning hot
so you would need to cool down with cold buckwheat noodles!
If I have another chance to go to Jeonju,
I would love to visit Maemil Bang-aht-gan again and enjoy the
buckwheat battered fried chicken and cold buckwheat noodles!
