Hi ya'll~~
Today, I would like to share a place called,
Cafe Sosohagae
This day was my date's birthday :)
When I first visited this place, I loved the chocolate earlgrey cake
so much that I ordered it once more along with strawberry cake this time.
Last time, there was green grape cake, but
this time there was strawberry cake :)
I think strawberry cake is being made seasonally!
The picture above is chocolate earlgrey cake!
I love Cafe Sosohagae because the cakes are made with rice.
Because there are no flours in the cake,
it seems so much healthier!
Although the cakes are made with rice,
they are very soft and has the texture as if it is made with
flour!
The chocolate taste is not too sweet and it is lightly
scented with earlgrey.
This cake was my date's favorite pick :)
It was a strawberry cake!
This cake was also not too sweet :)
It was very fruity and fresh!
It was amazing how the cakes made with rice could be
so soft and light and delicious!

I would like to try them one by one if I have chance to
visit again.
But to be honest, I think I will order the chocolate earlgrey cake
once again when I revisit...lol
Just because it was my favorite :P
There were also cookies as well :)
There were various types of candles to celebrate!
