Hi, yall~
The place I would like to share today is called,
Daebak dak gang jung
Dak is chicken in Korean.
Dak gang jung is boneless chicken and chunks of rice cake mixed with sweet sauce!
Chicken is very delicious, but having rice cake chunks mixed in with the
sweet sauce creates rich texture!
It is tasty when it is warm, but it is also tasty when it is cooled down :)
How about some dak gang jung for a meal?
Daebak dak gang jung is located about 5minutes away from Hanti Station exit#8
