Hi, ya'll~
The place I would like to share today is called,
Kyoha Jaemyeonso
My date and I were in the mood for the noodle soup this day and
we have decided to visit Kyoha Jaemyeonso in Paju.
The place opened at 11:30 a.m. and it was about 1hr drive from where we were.
So we headed early because we saw that there will be a long waiting list if you arrive
late.
When we arrived, it was about 11:30 a.m.
Now, you would think that we got to Kyoha Jaemyeonso on time.
Yes... we 'were' on time, but there were a lot of people waiting in line already!
There was a place to register your name on the list electronically next to the restaurant.
Although we did arrive on time for the opening hour, there were 27 teams before us.
The picture above was the electronic waiting list I registered for our turn to enter the restaurant.
The captured screen above is the screen that I captured when there were 14 teams left before us!
After waiting for about 40-50 minutes, it was finally our turn!
We entered around 12:20ish.
We were very famished and ordered 2 bowls of Noodle Soup with Beef Ribs
which seemed to be the signature menu of Kyoha Jaemyeonso.
As you can see from the picture above,
there were simply only two noodle menus and dumpling with beverages on the menu.
The noodle soup was seasoned with pepper.
My date and I thought it had a strong pepper flavor than the flavor of the broth.
From our point of view, it didn't have a deep beef rib broth as we expected.
The noodle soup and the beef ribs were delicious,
but we both agreed that it wasnot worth wating for almost an hour.
The picture below are the interior and the exterior of the Kyoha Jaemyeonso.
The place was not so big and because it was crowded, I just took the signs :)
FYI,
I have also attached map below.
Feels great to share places where I had precious memories
Hope ya'll have sweet day
Thanks for visiting my blog!
