(Republic of Korea/ Aeogae/ 애오개) Soy sauce marinated crab dish from Michelin restaurant Jinmi shikdang

The place I would like to share today is called, 

 

 

Jinmi Shikdaang

 

 

 

 

 

I have heard that marinated crab from Jinmi shikdaang is very famous.

Luckily, I finally had the chance to go to Jinmi Shikdaang!

 

I had soy sauce marinated crab.

 

 

 

 

The meal is served with steamed egg and soup with other side dishes.

And of course soy sauce marinated crab as the main menu!

 

 

 

 

 

Soy sauce marinated crab goes very well with the steamed rice and 

seaweed or gam-tae.

 

 

Gam-tae is similar to seaweed, but has more rich flavor.

 

 

Trying out the soy sauce marinated crab was very successful.

I was able to have a healthy, well-being and fulfilling meal.

 

 

Jinmi shikdaang is located about 6minutes away from Aeogae Station exit#6
