(Republic of Korea/ Mangwon/ 망원) Pre Merry Christmas from Bistro Mangwon

 

 

 

 

 

Hi, ya'll~

 

The place I would like to share today is called, 

 

 

Bistro Mangwon

 

 

 

 

 

 

My date and I were meeting for Christmas this day.

Since it was Christmas, I wanted us to have special dinner this day!

 

 

As I was searching for a good restaurant, I was able to find Bistro Mangwon.

 

 

 

 

 

 

We ordered a set menu and the menu came out as a course!

 

For the appetizer, there were salad, sweet pumpkin soup and bread :)

The salad was very refreshing and the soup was very creamy.

 

The savory appetizer gave my date and I to have high expectation for the main course. 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Finally, the main course came out!

 

This was my date's first oil pasta.

I love having oil pasta and I wanted my date to try oil pasta as well.

 

My date loves cream pasta.

But after having the oil pasta from Bistro Mangwon, it became one of his favorite pasta :)

 

The steak we ordered was T-bone steak cooked medium rare.

 

We were able to try both tenderloin and sirloin.

I personally like tenderloins because they are soft.

 

Although both tenderloin and sirloin was good, 

I really enjoyed the tenderloin.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

After enjoying the main course, the dessert came out!

 

I thought the drink would be coffee, but it was rooibos tea.

Having rooibos tea with tiramisu was a great way to end a meal.

 

My date and I were able to have fabulous Christmas meal from Bistro Mangwon.

Bistro Mangwon is about 16minutes away from Mangwon Station exit#2
