Hi, ya'll~~
The place I would like to share today is located in Chunchun!
It is called,
Chunchun Maple Garden Dak Galbi
I went to visit my friend in Chunchun.
Chunchun is very famous for Korean spicy Galbi made with chicken!
Spicy chicken galbi is called Dak Galbi in Korean.
The interior of the place was like the
picture above.
As you can see, the place was large.
Dak Galbi can be cooked in two different ways.
The first style
is to cook them with charcoal and grill.
The second style
is to cook them on a big pan on a electronic heating burner(?)
My friend and I were craving for the fried rice that
we chose to have the Dak Galbi cooked
on a pan!
The waitress led us to the second floor and we were
seated with excitement.
When we ordered the meal,
the cabbage, chicken marinated in Dak Galbi sauce
were placed on the pan.

Waitress stirred and mixed the Dak Galbi
to make the scrumptious meal!

The sauce was spicy, but it was very addicting that
my friend and I were not able to stop our hands to eat!
Of course, fried rice is mandatory after eating Dak Galbi!
After ordering fried rice, the waitress brings out the
lettuce, rice, seaweed and other ingredients for the fried rice.
Then, the waitress stirs the rice and other ingredients together!
Ta-da!!!
The picture above is a finished fried rice!!!
It was very scrumptious until the very last bite that
my friend and I were able to enjoy our meal :)
