Today, I would like to share one of the place I have been
longing to go!
The place is called,
Kimchi Jjim Sinsa
This is a steamed Kimchi restaurant!
I tend to make steamed Kimchi at home,
but I had to visit Kimchi jjim sinsa out of my curiousity
because there were so many positive review of this place.
When it comes to Kimchi jjim, I am very picky!
First,
Kimchi jjim soup should have a deep non-sweet natural kimchi taste.
Second,
Kimchi jjim should NOT have sweet aftertaste.
Third,
Kimchi jjim should have a lot of meat
that you would want to have it till the last drop of soup.
There was already tofu in the Kimchi jjim.
But since I like to have ALOT of tofu in the Kimchi jjim,
I ordered large portion of Kimchi jjim and had it to go.
I wanted to put more tofu and enjoy the meal at home :)

It is one egg per person.
Even thinking about having
Kimchi jjim with white rice and egg makes my mouth water!

I was able to have enjoyable dinner!
Next time, I would like to visit this place to eat on spot
with my date, friends to recommend this wonderful place!
