Today, I met a friend and we went to visit cafe in Noksapyeong.
The place is called,
Stain coffee
My friend and I ordered Ethiopia Casim Kero Natural.
We also had cookie and tried einspanner as well.
I personally liked the einspanner very much.
The cream on top was not too sweet,
but sweet enough to go well with the coffee!
The interior of the place was simple and cozy.
Just a place for coffee and dessert.
I took some pictures of coffee we ordered.
The atmosphere was very quiet with vintage but refined interior.
I did have einspanner before,
but I realized something today.
Einspanners may look good
having the layers of coffee and cream,
but it tastes even better having the cream and coffee stirred and mixed together!
