Are you good with the spicy food?
I am very pitiful when it comes down to hot and spicy food
But that would not prevent me from
searching for place to enjoy a good meal!
When you hear the word "Galbi",
many would think
it is soy sauce based marinated pork/beef
However, the one I will be introducing today is
Korean spicy Galbi made with chicken!
For today, my date and I have decided
to stop by at the spicy chicken galbi place in Namyangju.
To avoid the crowding time,
we have chosen to go at the opening hour
but about three tables have already been filled!
We had such a high expectation for today's meal
Because we chose thoroughly from few candidates on our search list!
What was unique about this place was
instead of putting water in the sauce,
they used the juice from the cabbage itself in the sauce
The juice from the cabbage would make the sauce
to have non-artificial sweet taste
Therefore the food itself would be spicy,
but it would also
have natural sweetness to it
which makes the food more addicting and healthier
When you order, the manager will
cook the food right away infront of you.
With very expertised and speedy snaps of the manager,
the sauce, chicken and the vegetables
start taking form with a appetizing scent!
It took some time for the food to be ready,
but it was worth it.
After eating the spicy chicken galbi,
the highlight is yet to come!
It is
implied
to eat the fried rice once you are done eating the
main course!
After finishing the spicy chicken galbi,
We additionally ordered two bowls of rice for it to be fried!
Once we order,
the manager would fry the rice once again in front of us
Although the chicken and the rice is made with the
same sauce,
It was amazing how they had different flavors
They each had unique flavors that
only the ones who have already tried would know the taste
It has been another memorable date for me and
It was great to share another good place for meal with ya'll as always
