Anyone hungry for rice noodle soup?!?!?!
I love having vietnamese rice noodle soup
because the flavor is not so strong but it is not too light.
The place I would like to share today is called,
Mi-boon-dang
Miboondang is not just in Sinnonhyeon.
It is a chain restaurant, so keep in mind!
I came here to eat alone once.
The soup was so great that I felt guilty for knowing this place alone.
So I came here more than twice with my friends!
Plus, I also came here with my date!
He does not favor particular strong flavors in vietnamese food
so he was hesitant in trying out the rice noodle soup.
However, when he tried the rice noodle soup here,
he liked it very much!
The order is not taken by waiters.
There is a kiosk outside the restaurant.
Before you enter the restaurant, you should select the menu and pay in advance.
Once you are done with this process,
you can enter the restaurant and the server will place the menu on your side of the table!
I have been to Miboondang in Sinnonhyeon/ Hapjeong/ Sinchon.
They all had the similar atmosphere.
The table has 'ㄷ' shaped bar type arrangement.
It is a place where you can eat quietly,
so it is also good place to eat alone as well.
When you take a seat,
the server in the middle will
place the ordered menu with
onion/ yellow raddish/ water
to have on the side.
It is 3minutes walk from Sinnonhyeon station exit#4.
How about warm vietnamese rice noodle soup for a meal today?!
