Here and Now

 

 

Think that 'now' is the most important moment
Key word = one thing at a time/ let's focus on this moment

 

 

- Now is the time you hold the potential to create miracles in your life

- Don't think too much of the past and the future

- New day has come. Trust that you have every relationships you want whether you want it or not

- It may sound romantic to want someone that you don't have, but you already are in a relationship that you need

- Don't set your goals for the far future. Set your goals that can now be achieved and believe you already achieved it

- Don't be too focused on the results

- Motive is the most important, not the shape itself

 

 

Past and future is a mirage. Past and future does not hold any power.

- Strangling too much into past and the future will make you lose power
