Hi, ya'll~
The place I would like eto share today is called,
Be my flower
Because there were so many positive views on the
isigny butter scone, I ordered two with iced americano for delivery!
However, I got a call from the cafe that there were only one scone left.
The cafe sent croiffle instead so I got the chance to try their croiffle as well :)
The picture above was the isigny butter scone.
I put the biscuit in the air fryer to heat it up.
Which made the texture of the biscuit more delicious!
Warm scone was more like biscuit having it with the strawberry jam.
The croiffle was sweet and delicious as well.
I put the croiffle in the air fryer as well and ate the warm croiffle with the
iced americano.
I personally think putting cooled baking goods in the air fryer makes
the taste and texture of the bakery so much better!
Like the name of the cafe,
the scone, croiffle and coffee was delivered with a beautiful, fresh flower!
The flower delivered with the dessert have made my day :)
Be my flower is located about 6minutes away from Samseong Jungang Station exit#5
