Have ya'll had Basque cheese cake before?
I thought all the cheese cakes are the same, but
because I was curious of the Basque cheese cake,
I decided to take the challenge and try it!
And the result was very satisfying!
The texture of the cheese cake was very heavy!
When I have cheese cakes, I love the rich flavored cream cheese taste!
While eating the cake, I started to wonder why is it called
the Basque cheese cake?
I searched online and found out that Basque cheese cake was
originated from one of the region called "Basque" in Spain!
My first Basque cheese cake tasting turned out to be a successful challenge :)
It was a very enjoyable dessert!

about 12minutes walk away from Seolleung Station exit#1
