Hi, ya'll~
The place I would like to share today is called,
Cafe Einspanner
And the picture above is the interior of Cafe Einspanner!
My date and I have visited this place because it was
well known for their bingsoo!
Bingsoo is an ice with milk and sweet red bean paste!
Although it is made with basic ingredients,
it is a very delicious iced dessert!
There is a hole in the middle where the dried ice goes in!
The dry ice would cause the mysterious white fog and
keep the desserts cool!
Don't worry!
The hole has its own walls that isolates the dried ice and the bingsoo!
Since we visited the cafe named Einspanner,
we just had to try the Einspanner!
The cream on top was very delicious :)
It was not too soft so that it would melt away on top of the coffee.
It was shaped enough to enjoy it with the coffee
on the bottom :)

The Cafe Einspanner manager also takes

So those of ya'll who want to make good memories,
you can request the manager to take the
photo.
Of course there are extra charges for the photos :)
